SHOW HALL AND SHOW HOTEL: The show is being held at the Days Inn & Conference Center, 1151 Bulldog Drive, Allentown, PA 18104 (610) 395-3731/(800) 329-7466. The hotel for this show is the Days Inn. It is located just north of the intersection of Routes 22 and 309. Room rate is $65.00 for single or double (you may find a lower rate on the Internet but that rate will not include a $15 pet fee charged at check-in. There will not be an extra pet fee added onto our rate of $65.oo). Please mention the cat show when calling for reservations. Directions will be included with your confirmation. Reservation deadline is March 12, 2007. RESERVE YOUR ROOM EARLY.

AIRPORT AND TRANSPORTATION TO HOTEL: Use Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE). Transportation from the airport is available via free shuttle service provided by the hotel (610) 395-3731 and by taxi (at the airport).

CHECK-IN: Check-in will be from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM on Saturday only. Judging will begin promptly at 9:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday. No cats may remain in the show hall overnight. Any entries monies owed to Christmas City Cat Club upon check-in must be paid in cash or money order. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT CHECK-IN.

CAGES AND SUPPLIES: Benching cages of standard sizes (approximately 22”x22”x22”) will be provided for each entry. Two (2) kittens or one (1) cat are permitted in a single cage. All cages must be covered on three sides, top and bottom. Please bring your own litter pans, food and dishes. Litter will be supplied. People food will be available in the show hall concession stand and at the hotel restaurant.

HOUSEHOLD PETS: Household pet kittens (ages 4 – 7 months) and adults (8 months or older) may be entered. All adult HHP entries must be altered (spayed or neutered). If you are unsure of the proper color class for your pet, include a full description or a color photo (photo will be returned with confirmation) with your entry.

KITTENS: Kittens entered for competition must be at least four months old on the first day of the show. Kittens for sale must be at least three months old on the first day of the show. A TICA litter registration and proof of vaccinations must be available upon request of the show management.

SHOW RULES: By entering, all exhibitors agree to abide by the decisions of the judges; the show committee and the TICA show rules. BENCHING: All exhibitors will have assigned benching. Benching requests MUST be clearly indicated on the summary sheets and we will TRY to accommodate all requests. No benching assignments may be changed without the expressed permission of Show Management/Entry Clerk.

GROOMING/SALES CAGES: Due to the size of our show hall we have done away with grooming and sales cages. If you require a sales or grooming space you may request one and if space is available may be permitted. All grooming and sales spaces will be given on a first come first serve basis.

REGISTRATION: With the exception of Korats, registration with TICA is not necessary to compete in a cat’s first show, but is required for the next show, confirmation of titles and TICA Regional/International scoring and awards.

THIS IS A NON-VETTED SHOW: All cats/kittens entering the show hall should be inoculated against Panleukopenia, Rhinotracheitis, Rabies and Calici virus and tested negative for Feline Leukemia. Please clip claws (front and back) prior to benching. Any cat/kitten showing signs of a contagious illness, ear mites, fleas or fungus will be removed from the show hall, as well as any other cats/kittens exhibiting from the same household. Any cat that is obviously pregnant or lactating will be disqualified.

SUMMARY SHEET: Please complete the summary sheet and return with entries and fees. Fee totals must accompany forms. NO REFUNDS. We will call collect if significant questions arise regarding your entries. There is a $10 per substitution fee. A fee of $30.00 plus any bank fees will be charged on all checks returned for any reason. Any entry monies owed to Christmas City Cat Club at time of check-in must be paid in cash or money order and will include an additional fee of $25.00. Only exception will be late entries. No checks will be accepted at check-in. Entries received after March 11th will not have personalized rosettes.

CLERKS/STEWARDS: Please mark your summary sheet if you are interested in clerking. Clerks will be paid $30.00 per day Stewards will be paid $20.00 per day at the conclusion of the show. Lunch will be provided.

BEST OF THE BEST: A show favorite! The top 3 Kittens, Cats, Alters, HHP Kittens and HHP will be awarded on Sunday following completion of all judging.

HOLD HARMLESS POLICY: By entering this show the exhibitor/agent/owner named on the entry form/summary sheet holds harmless Christmas City Cat Club, Inc., The International Cat Association (TICA), and the Days Inn & Conference Center from any damages, claims, or theft, as a result of any action/conduct related to the operations of this show.
