Show Catalog:  Unless you request and pre-pay for a printed catalog you will receive an emailed pdf file prior to the show. The email will be sent to the one attached to your summary sheet.
Entries & Payment:  Super early bird and early bird entry fees must be paid by the date those rates expire, or you will automatically be charged the rate of the day you pay. Make checks payable to Northern Lights Cat Club and mail to Cheryl Leigh Chamberlin, 41 Rosemont Dr, Myerstown, PA  17067. Paypal address is Northernlightstica@gmail.com. All payments at the door must be in cash, with prior arrpoval from Entry Clerk. No refunds will be made for failure to bench, or for early cancelations of any kind. Be sure to check your conformations for accuracy and errors prior to show closing. Inform the entry clerk right away if you find any. 
Check-in and Show Hours:  Check in on both Saturday & Sunday will be 7:30-8:30 AM. Judging will begin at 9:00 AM both days. Show hours for the public are 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Saturday and 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Sunday. No cat may be removed from the show hall early without permission of show management. No cat may be left in the show hall overnight.

Benching & Supplies: Benching spaces are 44"x22"x22". Top, sides, and bottom must be covered. Litter will be provided but you will need to bring your own litter boxes.

There will be NO vending of any kind in the benching area. If you require a vending contract, contact Sherri McConnell at the address or phone number on the main page.
Registration:  Unregistered cats may be shown in all classes except ANB, PNB and NT. Those cats must have a registration number in the catalog.

In order for points to count, the cat must be registered prior to the second show. Effective May 1, 2019, owners of unregistered cats, kittens and alters must prove eligibility to be registered. Acceptable documentation includes TICA litter registrations, pedigrees, or registration documents from another organization. Copies of this documentation MUST be sent to the entry clerk so they can be forwarded to the Executive Office. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the entry clerk.
Kittens:  Kittens entered for competition must be at least four months old on the first day of the show (born on or before June 12, 2024).  Kittens for sale must be at least three months old on the first day of the show (born on or before July 12, 2024). No kitten sales permitted without entries in show. TICA litter registration must be available upon request of show management.
Household Pets:  Household pet kittens (ages 4 - 7 months) and adults (8 months and older) may be entered. ALL ADULT HHP ENTRIES MUST BE ALTERED (SPAYED OR NEUTERED). If you are unsure of the proper color class for your pet, include a full description or a photo.
Health:   It is strongly advised that your cats/kittens are inoculated by a licensed veterinarian against Feline panleukpenia, feline Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, and it is required by state laws to be vaccinated for Rabies. 

Any cat or kitten form a household or cattery that has been infected with any form of fungal infection or contagious illness 21 day prior to the show is ineligable for entry and/or exhibition. Any cat lacting or pregnant  will be disquafilied. All claws (front and back) should be clipped prior to judging. This is a non-vetted show.
Show Rules: By entering, all exhibitors agree to abide by the decisions of the judges and the show committee and the TICA show rules. Official show rules may be obtained from TICA, P.O. Box 2964, Harlingen, Texas 78551, (956) 428-8046 or from the TICA website.
Liablitiy:  By entering this show you agree not to hold liable Northern Lights Cat Club, its members, Morgantown Expo Center or hotel for any loss, damage or thieft or injuiries. Noone is permitted in showhall after hours. Doors will be locked.
Clerks & Stewards:  If interested in clerking or stewarding please indicat this on your summary sheet. Judge preference will be honered to the best of our ability. Clerks will be paid $40 per day plus lunch and a marked catalog. Stewards will be paid $20 per day plus lunch.
Awards:  Awards will be in accordance with TICA show rules. This show is being scored for Regional and International awards.
